Knee surgery
Repeated knee stress or trauma can lead to injuries requiring surgical intervention.
The most common surgical procedures performed by our surgeons using minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques, relate to meniscus injuries and treating osteoarthritis of the knee ligament.
Procedures include:
• Correcting defects of the axis of the lower limb
• Fitting a total or uni-compartmental prosthesis in advanced cases of osteoarthritis and making adjustments when necessary
• Repairing fractures and instability of the patella (knee cap) using advanced surgical techniques.
